We are a team of digital IT professionals that want to give back to society. We want to help fill the Digital IT gap and help improve retention. So, we work on providing not just an apprentice but rather an employee and for the individuals: careers that they can grow as well as develop their future.

DigiWorksUK is a not-for-profit organisation that helps apprentices or NEET demographics be prepare for the apprenticeship opportunities. We are about helping de-risk apprenticeships, internships and work-placements for both the individuals and the organisations with opportunities. As these programmes are done before rolling on to the role, it helps to eliminate issues, give clarity in expectations and an opportunity to assess individuals in a classroom not just CV focused assessment.

What We Do

DigWorksUK covers three main Digital IT areas: DevOps, IT Security and Leadership. These are sub-divided into various areas depending on the needs of the organizations we engage. We attempt to ensure opportunities are successfully fulfilled with local talents close to businesses or organizations

DevOps: Is the collaborative working relationship of development and operations engineers, working together through the entire service lifecycle (creation,fixing and management), from design through the development process and then into production(live system) support.

IT Security: Is the prevention of theft or damage to computer system hardware, software or electronic data (databases, emails. etc), networks, as well as preventing disruption of the services within and organisation.

Leadership: Is the action of leading a groups or teams of people and the ability to do this successfully to deliver, implement and project manage .
